وقد خرج المجتمعون ( بالاجماع ) بالتوصيات التالية:
1. تفويض مجلس الادارة بتأسيس شركة باسم الجمعية
2. تفويض مجلس الادارة بالاستثمار في البرامج والمشاريع التي تحقق اهداف الجمعية
3. تفويض مجلس الادارة في الاقتراض من بنك التنمية الاجتماعي او من اي جهة تمريل اخرى لصالح برامج وانشطة الجمعية
4. اضافة ٣ اهداف لعمل الجمعية وهي اقامة المهرجانات والمعارض المتخصصة في مجال عمل الجمعية و الاستيراد والتصدير للمنتجات الاستهلاكية والزراعية واالحيوانية و تشغيل المطاعم والكافيهات والاعاشة
